Watching and waiting is a great part of our life as a Christian-

*) to be in constant fellowship (praying without ceasing) (1 Thess. 5:17)

1Th 5:16 Rejoice evermore.  :17 Pray without ceasing.

*) to seek & save the lost - compelling them to come into the kingdom

Luk 14:23 And the lord said unto the servant, Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled.

compelling =MAKE /ORDER them to come in!

*) feeding HIS sheep, lambs

*) keeping ourselves unspotted from the world NOT giving in to the lust of the flesh, nor the lusts ofthe eyes, nor to the pride of life

*) And by all means taking care/PRAYER not to be one whom Mark 4:19 speaks of!

Mar 4:19 And the cares of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts of other things entering in, choke the word, and it becometh unfruitful.

with an eye to the skies (as it were) for surely HE will come.
