The Public Proclaimation of GOD's HOLY WORD finished up yesturday 2:07pm.
New Town United Methodist Church's Pastor David ... led the congregation in Thanksgiving to ALMIGHTY FATHER GOD for this great blessing HE had given them to be able to do this, and for the untold blessings that were to continue coming from it.
Testimonies came before the worshipping in song. Dear Brothers and sisters in CHRIST told what they had already experienced and what this HOLY BIBLE proclaimation has meant or how it has impacted persons lives. I will share just a few:
*as a dear one in CHRIST read GOD's WORD she felt a warmth, a special peace, and even a strange warmth. There was a 'light' that was shining over the page as she read. Later she was to hear from a dear family member states away had been relieved of Lupus as she was reading.
*one night as a brother and his wife were arriving at the church, they saw a most wonderful sight, a shooting star, brilliant, was shining -even as if it were pointing to the church.
--- the version used was the niv, I had been so grieved when Isaiah was read and the scriptures that tell of lucifer's falling down to the earth were attributed to JESUS CHRIST! THE MORNING STAR!
The LORD said "Denounce That!", so, I did.
Later, they graciously allowed me to read, since I wasn't scheduled at that time.
As I brought my kjv onstage, I was told to read from The BIBLE that was already on the podium. I bowed my head to pray:
<<BELOVED FATHER GOD>>
here I AM, in the Name of YOUR DEAR SON, for cammie is nothing-
I know that YOUR HOLY SON speaking forth YOUR HOLY WORD by YOUR HOLY SPIRIT is more than powerful enough to overcome any ...discrepancies in a 'translation' by man.
Please, let this and all who read from this book in this time of proclaiming YOUR WORD (I had my hand on it as I asked GOD's blessing upon it) be "REMA" WORD that goes forth...
accomplishing not what any man would desire, rather LORD GOD accomplishing ALL that YOU YOURSELF sent it forth to do.">>
This whole silent-prayer only took seconds, ...then I began to read:
As I was reading Isaiah 38-44 the brother and his wife came into the church.

Iwas to learn that this was not the first Public Proclaimation of GOD's HOLY WORD in my lifetime at all!
